The minute I saw peas in this recipe I was bought. Such was my confidence that I attempted to make this delicious chicken dish that evening. This is one of those dishes that deserve some taarab music in the background as it is so easy to make yet the results are chef’s standard. You simply can’t go wrong.

Note: I left out the coriander (never been a fan) and it was still finger licking good.
